i lend money to a friend and now he does not want to pay me back. he did not sing anything what can i do?

If your friend will not pay you back voluntarily, you will need to file a law suit in either the Small Claims Session, the District Court, or the Superior Court, depending upon the amount at stake. Please don't hesitate to contact this office should you have any further questions.
