Do I need a lic. to open a message parlor

Hi

I do not know if you would have the answer for me or not. But I would like to know if you need any kind of cert or lic. to operate a message parlor. I used to work at the Foxy lady in Prov. I used to give the messaeg's there & the gentalmen just signed a waiver form. Csn I do that in a buisness if I am not cert.?

You will need a permit to open such a business in Massachusetts. Some cities or towns don't allow them at all, some allow only "same-sex" messages. Specifically what city or town are you looking to locate in?
