This sounds like a law school or business management question. The issue is this a description or a warranty; additionally is it a misrepresentation; intentional or negligent or accurate.

The additional question is this puffing or a real representation. If this is a real case, what is your real question. If this is a food labeling question, I suggest you contact an attorney for a real consultation.

If this is a student looking for guidance, review UCC-2, USDA and FDA food labeling standards as well as local standards for stores as opposed to pre-packaged foods.

You have a question of both implied warranty or actual warranty. Additionally in MA if this is an intentional or deceptive representation you have a MGL c 93A claim.

Good Luck.

I agree this looks like a law school discussion. If this is not a student answer shopping, then the short answer is no warranties worth mentioning. You have no claim on the facts provided. Although I imagine your professor provided you with more facts.
