Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts
Making a legal contract
My friend is a famous painter in another country but would like me to be his manager in the US and give me 15 to 20 % of the sales.
How much would it cost to make a legal contract.

Re: Making a legal contract
Depends on how a draft is received by the painter -- if he hires his own lawyer to negotiate, the taxi meter keeps running. For the drafting, I would estimate about two hours' time, which translates to about $500 at our firm.
