Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts
I own my mobile home and shed. I rent the land it sits on. It is in a mobile home park. I live in Orange MA. Can the park's Board of Directors tell me that I can not work in my shed as long as I am not making a lot of noise. I already Have been to the Town of Orange Board of Health and they signed for me to get a home occupation certificate.

The issue is what the rules of the park are and if the restriction is consistent with the rules. You do not indicate what kind of work you are doing in the shed. However, assuming the use is within the guidelines of the town, the Board needs to provide a substantial reason for not allowing to you to work in the shed, assuming the shed itself is permitted.
