Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts
Owner gives Broker aritten listing to find a buyer of owner's house. Nothing is said about Broker having the right to show the inside of the house to prospecive purchasers. If owner refuses to allow Broker to show the inside of the house (and Broker is thetefore unable to obtain a purchaser) can Broker collect the commission provided in the listing agreement?

Probably. The owner would also probably have, impliedly, authorized the broker to show the inside of the property. Why, after all, would someone buy a house without seeing what it looked like on the inside?
