Ownership
I own baseball cards that I've collected over years from multiple manufacturers, can I legally embed one or more of them in products to sell commercially?
Thank you.

Re: Ownership
It depends upon whether the content you are embedding is copyrightable and whether the images which you are embdedding are protected by a right to publicity ( see Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 214 Section 3a).;))

Re: Ownership
Probably, but a great deal more information is required as to how you plan to use them and for what purpose. If you are copying them and using copies the answer is you would need a license from the manufacturer or the owner of the copyright for the baseball card.
Good luck
