we paid a deposit for an ad in the phone book, it did not come out like we expected, we gave them a postcard and they printed something different. they also copied my web site and added erroneous information and false statements. I stopped paying them and they will not remove the web site which is causing search engine problems due to it being copied and not linked. They want the money or they will not remove the site.

You need to send them a MGL c 93A claim for deceptive business acts and insist they remove the add from their site.
