Payment for product
I lost a check someone gave to me as payment for products in my store. I have an invoice they received the product. The check was written to my company and stamped for deposit only. My account shows it was not deposited, his shows it never cleared in their bank.Can I get the payment from the customer again?

Yes you can have him pay you again, but if he or she has a charge for stop payment on the check, you should bare that cost.
