This isn't really a question. It is not clear what you mean by "convey". This is not a legal term of art.

If you mean, may a person enter into a contract by means other than through signing a physical document, than the answer is 'yes'.
Although, I agree with Mr. Vaughn-Martel in that your question is not clear.
