Personal guarantee
Let me start out by saying i have no money for an attorney. I have a court date in one week, over a signed credit application. Above my signature it states in small print(i am guaranteeing payment). I have stated two defenses. Misrepresenting credit application and duress. Was never told i was signing a personal guarantee. I was also told to fill it out asap and fax back and overnight, or i would not receive product. I would leave my hanging without product on such short notice. I had no time time to have a lawyer look it over or find other ways of getting product. Bottom line, i had been doing business with this company for many years, without any financial problems. I also have asked for a jury trial!!!
