Personnel Records
In the state of MA, can personnel records of a private employer be kept electronically or must a hard file be maintained?

"A personnel record shall be maintained in typewritten or printed form or may be handwritten in indelible ink." Massachusetts General Laws, c. 149, Section 52c.
