Can the President of a Massachusetts corporation file an injunction in Superior Court without legal representation?

It is a well established that a Massachusetts corporation can only be represented in Superior Court by a licensed attorney. A corprate president who is not a licensed attorney acting as such can not represent a corporation.

A corporotion can only be represented by counsel. If the president has a personal claim, he or she can bring suit and seek an injunction, but he or she can only assert his personal rights, not those of the corporation.
