I am in the process of starting a website. My website does not sell products it simply provides a service similar to craigslist. What are the legal issues with starting a website?

This is a very complex question. You need to provide Notice of any Limits on your liability and divorce yourself from the actions of people who usu your website.

You need to consult an attorney in detail about your potential liabilty personally and corporately.
