Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts
I put in my 2 weeks notice, per my company's stated policy. Today I was informed that my end date had been moved up a week (2 days from now), and they would not be paying me for the additional week. Are they legally obligated to pay me for that week, as that is when I willingly forfeited my employment (and not before)?
