Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts
I was recently terminated from my job. My boss told me that he was not going to contest unemployment insurance, then he asked me to resign. I had a few customer service complaints issued against me and recorded in my personal file. I didn't resign and I'm wondering if he can contest my collecting?

The short answer is yes he can contest the application on the grounds of resignation. I would suggest you contact an attorney ASAP regarding the next steps you take to protect your unemployment benefits.
