Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts
I was released from my company almost two months ago, they still have my name and picture on their website. Since they may still be making sales due to my likeness, am I entitled to compensation?

You would have to prove the sales were a result of your likeness, which is likely to be difficult. However, you can demand that they remove your name and likeness from the website as you are no longer employed there. If they do not remove, the claim for compensation becomes stronger since they are now using the likeness without your consent.
