Resignation letter
I was employed to partcipate in a start-up with no direction. Recently,I gave my verbal resignation due to on-going duress and working conditions.I continue to work diligently and have shown a trend of success for this organization. I did not give the company an exit date and they presented me with a letter few weeks after my notice stating that they accept my resignation and asked me for an exit date with no timeline. I approached the CEO and explained that I was being antagonized and wanted to resume my position and did not want to step down. They approached me and said that we could work things out. During the next meeting we did not come to a conclusion. I asked the two principals to work things out amongst themselves and they never contacted me again regarding the situation. I still continue to work there. I feel as if I have been treated inappropriately from day one due to professional envy, which was clearly stated to me by the CEO of the company. I would like to leave, but do not want to step away from what I built without being compensated for it. On the other hand I am unsatisfied with the working conditions and would like to come to a compramise. What are my best options?
