Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts
Selling Information Online
I'm interested in selling a weekly newsletter online. The content would be sports information from a betting perspective. Is it legal to give sports betting advice? Is any licensing required to do so?

Re: Selling Information Online
This is a complex question. There is no license for a what is in really a tout sheet for sports betting and aports betting is illegal in most states.
There are some legalities that must be dealt with, but there is a way to accomplish this but would require mucn more information as to your concept and how you intend to publish this on the net.
If you are serious about pursuing this, please feel free to contact me.
