Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts
I am sole owner of LLC. Due to a conflict of interest I need to take a back seat. Can I step down and have my wife take over ? If so how ?
Is there any way that I can protect my interest?
Thanks

An LLC must have at least one member. You would need to file an amended certificate of organization and pay the filing fee for doing so.
I'd need to know more about your conflict and your 'interest' you seek to protect for comment further. Feel free to contact my office.

Any attorney will say more information is needed. Also a personal consultation is appropriate, given these circumstances. Consult with a good business attorney in your area for specific advice.
