How old do you have to be to start an LLC? From research it shows that age is only limited by contracts, can you just have a parent or someone else co-sign?

There is no miniumum age in Massachusetts, provided you are able to form a contract. 18 Years of age is the usual age unless a minor (under 18 years of age) is "emancipated (i.e. Declared by the Court to be a legal adult.)
