Transexual discrimination
I have been working for a month at Dunkin Donuts at a very low amount of hours. I revealed I was a transexual and suddenly my low amount of hours become nearly nothing. Is there anything I can do? I feel like they are trying to get me to quit...

While it is illegal to discriminate against someone for their sexual orientaton, it is going to be difficult to prove. However, if you can show your hours are directly related to the employers knowledge of your sexual orientation, you can file a discrimination claim with both state and federal authorities.
