Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts

What type of a license would I need to start a small business as a provider of on-site community health and wellness screenings? I cannot locate any specific type of license I may need? Is it possible that there is none? (Just a brief description I would go out into the public and provide these screenings at a low cost by simply doing a finger stick for capillary blood and providing instant results)
