unemployment benefits
As a owner in a closely held Massachusetts coprporation.. can we let an employee go who is a part time employee with out paying unemployment benefits? She works approx. 22 hours a week!

The status of your corporation is irrelevant. If she is an employee and is eligible for unemployment, then is she seeks unemployment, she will probably get it.
