Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts
I'm a Union Member of the ATU and the union office that I belong is charging me union dues when I'm on my vacation week, I was telling them that a vacation is a give or benefit that every company are able to provide to their employees and I told them that I will think about it with an answer in a few days. Is this legal being charging you for this vacation week union dues? can they suspended you for not paying this vacation union dues?can the company stop you from work until you pay this vacation union dues?
