Violation of Code of Federal Regulaton

The company I'm leased to is demanding I rent equipment from them or face termination. They also have violated this same regulation in other ways. The regulation can be found in the code of regulations,Sec.376.12,paragraph i.My question is"how do I get it reported and to whom?"

Re: Violation of Code of Federal Regulaton

I don't understand you; perhaps you could clarify yourself.

a) You are "leased to" a company? Yourself?

b) The Code of Federal Regulations are cited usually

with a title number which you've omitted, e.g.,

26 CFR 1.2046 refers to the regulations that relate

to Title 26 of the U.S.Code (which happens to be the

Tax Code). So where is 376.12(i)? If you tell me

where it is, I may be able to where to report the

violation, if that's what's prescribed.

Reporting is not always the best way to go.

(Often simply reporting doesn't do anything;

some laws are not used that way. Some laws are

up to the government to decide to enforce (or not!)

and others give "a private right of action" which

means you can get a right to sue. Where the government

is a victim, there's often a whistleblower incentive

which can get some money for you.

All in all, honestly, I don't know what you're talking about.

What job do you have? What equipment do you rent? Why would

you even want to rent from a competitor of the company that

is employing you? Why do they care?

And where, really, is this CFR? Can you e-mail me a copy or a

website URL to it?

I'm at [email protected] and I'll look if you send me e-mail!
