Workman's Compensation
I work for myself in my own company (no other employees). Do I have to have Workman's Compenstaion in MA?

If you are a corporation or LLC, technically you do have to workmen's compensation insurance. Depending upon your work, the cost should be very low.
If you are simply a proprietorship I do not believe you are required to carry workmen's compensation
