2nd offense after 17 years/drunk driving
I was pulled over in August lastyear for drunk driving my 2nd in 17 yrs among probation, drunk driving school, 96 hours community service in exchange for probation fees, court coast $50.00 a month for 1 year and i got the interlock system. I feel that the interlock is a hazzard to me, i get light headed when i blow into it and i pay $87.00 a month and drive 30 miles once a month for 2 years. i cant eat certain food or it will trip it to the point were i have to go back another 30 mile and pay them $35.00 to fix it. this just happen to me the other day, june 21st i went back and they cleared it out the the following day got in my car and i blew into it i was fine i drank 3 bottles of water and on the way home i blew agian and it beeped and the light or lights that say service and lockout went on. i was so scared i had no idea why this happened. so i went back that tuesdayjune 26th after being ther june 21st and i gave them another $35.00 i am on disbility income.i asked them what happened and they said at 5:18 june 25th when i was on a high way going heading home i blew a 1.3 and it should have read a 1.2 or something like that. i wasnt drinking and the only thing i ate was a spinach kesih 4 and a half hours before. very upsettin
