Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Massachusetts
if I aske a police officier if he likes to rape little girls or just watch. can any action be taken againts me.

If you do that, then you are a complete jerk (unless of course you had some reason to believe that the officier was involved in the rape of a little girl). Can you be punished for saying that? Most likely, no; but there are circumstances that you could be charged with disturbing the peace or perhaps resisting arrest. Even in those circumstances, you may have grounds to have the charges dismissed. However, I still wouldn't do it. Also, depending on the circumstances, you may also be opening yourself to be sued civilly for defamation. My advice is to always treat police officers with respect. In my experience, people who are rude to police officers are much more likely to be arrested and be on the receiving end of some rough justice.
