Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Massachusetts
Our association has open space. On part of the open space is a basketball hoop/pole that the kids use. The neighbor adjacent too this has sent a letter that if the kids go to retrieve their basketball that rolls onto her property, they will be tresspassing and the police will be called. Is this legal? This is one of many, many efforts by this neighbor to upset the community.
