Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Massachusetts
I had a building in a Town where the Town Officials demolished the building for no reason. The building was not condemed by the Town nor was there notification from the Town to demolish the building. What can be done because the statue of limitations will expire in about a month.

If the statute of limitations is about to expire in one month, you must toll the statute by filing your law suit as soon as possible. You must always determine what causes and claims you have against the town first, but you must be in court before the statute expires.
