Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Massachusetts
I had a car registered and insured in my name that someone else was using and they verbally agreed to be responsible for all payments rgarding the vehichle. They did not pay the regisration and failed to get the car inspected. Is this something I should try and fight so that the other person is liable and it dose not reflect badly on my insurance or is this something I simply can not win because, the car was in my name?

Get the car back and in the future get all agreements in writing.
