Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Massachusetts

I am looking to file litigation against a Massachusetts municipality. For property damage, harassment and civil rights violations. Can I do this seeking damages and where can I find a capable attorney for same?

Each of those (property damage, harassment, civil rights violations) is going to require elaboration as to what happened and why you believe the municipality is liable. There are different laws that may hold the municipality responsible for the actions of its employees, some state, some federal, but additional information is needed.
