Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Massachusetts

Hi,The other night me and my girlfriend were arguing and a neighbor called the police.By the time they got here we were in our bedroom sleeping.I heard yelling,Then they kicked my front door down and entered my apartment.My bedroom door was locked as well and they kicked that in also.No one was arrested.

Is this againts the law?Can I sue the police or what?
