Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Massachusetts
Online behavior
I know of a person who uses her job ( she works for a lawyer that mediates and settles cases between homeowners and construction companies) which gives her access to personal and private information of individuals but I know for a fact that she has used that access inappropriately, and has discussed the information where she should not should I report her?

You should write a letter to the attorney's office immediately and make the attorney aware of what is going on.
