Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Massachusetts

privacy and protectin within the home

laws regarding series of lies told about me to my landlady, was renting downstairs apt. On basis of lies, which were strong enough to make her question me, they convinced her to moniter my activities, and report to them. She never would have agreed to this without strength of lies. subsequently, my situation was wrecked, she moved my things to the garage, no advance notice. Had to come to place which has undermined my health. Bad effects continue. Reputat. ruined, living space lost. Any laws to protect people from this sort of thing
