Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Massachusetts
Im having problems with my landlord because he would do repairs. now hes increasing my rent and changing to "no pets" knnowing we have 2 of them. I think hes trying to kick us out. what can I do?

Depending on your situation, sometimes it's just better to sever a relationship like that. Just make sure he doesn't try and cheat you out of money that you've given him for rent and security. If you really feel like you're being cheated, or that he's breaching the terms of your lease, contact an attorney for a consultation.
