Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Massachusetts
What recourse do I have in Ma. if a neighbor cut tree limbs that are on my property? He did this to use my trees to stack wood piles between them. Now I have to look at his wood and when that is used up I have an open view to his property which is why the trees were put there years ago.
