Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Massachusetts
Some of my siblings are trying to keep my 78yr.old mom in a nursing home, she has an apartment they are trying to get her evicted, her daughter one of 4 is telling everyone she has dementia which she hasn't been diagnosed,it's a way of them not having to put up with her bills and rent. I believe they maybe using her social security money for themselves. What can I do for my mom she doesn't want to stay her apartment will be ready Dec.18th. What can I do to stop them?
