my son is being charged with a violating a restraning in adult court. because of the youg girl who is 151/2 called him and he did not know the # so he answered it. because he talked to her he is charged. even though the girl called him and she admitted to the police that she called him because she wanted to get togethr. her mom said she wanted to persue it. he is also being charged in juvinile court and he was suposed to go to both courts monday and he went to the adult court first and they called over to the juvanile court to tell them he was there . they told him to go after he was done at the adult court. well because he had a case that was continued for six months they took him into custody. And yesterday i get a warrent in the mail. they never contacted the juvanile court to let them know he was in custudy. then today i went in to tell them he was in custody and they told me that he needed to write a letter asking to be brought there. but she also told me that the charge in the juvanile court was steming from the same restraning order charge in adult courtcase in the adult court and that they are chargeing him because thay have juristiction . Can they charge himn in both courts for the same thing.
