Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Massachusetts

stopped by police

Are the police allow to frisk a driver, do a sobriety test and search a car without just cause? PO stops car because he feels my 24 yr old son can't afford a jaguar x type. POs think he is selling drugs.

Re: stopped by police

These cases are entirely fact specific. You should speak with an experienced criminal law attorney immediately. It is unclear whether you were actually arrested.

Either way, please feel free to contact my office to speak with an experienced criminal law attorney.
