do they have to tell me thier watching me?

in MA does a store or buisness using video surveillance have to say they are using said surveillance. such as a sign saying ''you may or may not be under video surveiallance for your protection'' somewhere in the store or buisness.

No, they DON'T have to tell you. You should assume that you are being watched,--a store is not a public place. A dressing room or toilet, however, is not an excuse for peeping.
