Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Massachusetts

Wondering if I can take a family to small claims court for no payments made for a puppy they purchase. We sign a paper together with dates of payments be due by. But was not payed. than given another date to be pay by. Everything was save in my facebook and cell phone text. Now she haven't response back to me for further information on her payments and it has been 4 months.

You can absolutely bring your claims to the small claim court. Go to your local District Court and ask the clerk for the appropriate Small Claims forms.
