AIM Harassment + AIM Logs Standing up in court

AIM Harassment:

If someone is harassing me via AIM and threatens to ''beat the fucking shit out of me'' will AIM logs and screenshots stand in a court of law? THe person also contacted me via the phone many many times. (All of which I have logs of)

You should turn over all of your collected data to your local police department -- this is a criminal matter and you don't need to hire a lawyer to do what the State is supposed to do.
