E-mail hacked and personal info giving out online

What can I do about someone who hacked my e-mail and put personal information about myself on some message boards. I cannot even ge tinto my e-mail account again, he has threatened to us emy paypal account and has mentioned my girlfriends name in a IM.

He is violating state and Federal Law, as well as invading your privacy and committing torts against you.
