A parent wants to post a photo of her child, that was taken at the child's school by a staff person, on the family website. The picture also show's the face of one of the staff. Does the parent need permission from the staff person in the photo?

First rule: always ask permission before using pictures of others online. Second rule: if they object, don't use their image. You can easily edit out the face or crop the photo.
