Recording Webcams Without Consent or Knowledge

I went on webcam for someone a couple times and i fear that they have recorded me. I did some very embarassing things while on webcam. Is there anyway i can besure that this information never gets out if it was recorded? I am extremely worked up over this. I would appreciate it very much if someone could help.

You essentially broadcast that to the world; so there is no way to be sure that it will not get out because it already did. There are copies of it around the world. All you can try to do is control what that person does with it, but your in a weak position.
