Requesting Price Lists for anabolic steroids over the internet
Is it illegal to request a price list for anabolic steroids from an idividual in a chat room and have it sent to your home. Even though there is no purchase and no money involved, is this considered conspiracy to committ a felony?

I think that you would be asking for trouble -- why on earth would you care, if not for the purpose of subsequently purchasing the drugs?
Besides which, as you should have deduced from recent FBI stings concerning child pornography, the Internet is about the worst venue for posing your question.
