Transfer of Domain Name from Foreign Company

We are currently working with a client who is in the process of purchasing a domain name an Asian country. How is the best way to handle this transaction, in terms of legal contract and payment transaction? Should we set up an escrow account?

The transaction should be through an escrow intermediary that both sides trus, ex. an Internal Bank Trust Dept.
