The Constitution

I have to write a paper on the constitution stating whether there is anything topic in it that should be changed due to the modern times. Is there anything in the constitution that could be changed to suit todays society???

Ideally there should be an amendment recognizing the right-to-privacy given the invasive pervasive technological intrusions into our daily lives.

The Constitution has no such provision presently.
